NEW YORK, JUNE 18, 2025 – On the occasion of the highly anticipated celebration of Italy as Country Partner of the Summer Fancy Food Show 2025, scheduled from June 29th to July 1st at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, the Italian Pavilion returns to the forefront with a record presence: 350 stands, 3,500 square meters of exhibition space and 320 participating companies.
Organized by Universal Marketing, exclusive agent for Italy of the Specialty Food Association, the Pavilion will be the beating heart of Italian agri-food excellence, told through the concept “Italy, the Art of Taste”, which combines flavors, territories and culture.
More than just an exhibition, it will offer an immersive experience in Italian taste and creativity, thanks to a completely renewed scenography, live show cooking, themed tastings and areas dedicated to the visual narration of Made in Italy.
Also this year the talents of Giallo Zafferano are back as protagonists with their unmissable live cooking.
Among the novelties of this year, the joint participation of numerous Italian regions, with the return after years of absence of Sardinia, Marche and Lazio, alongside consolidated realities such as Liguria, Piedmont, Campania, Calabria, Puglia and Sicily. A clear sign of the choral commitment to valorizing every corner of our food and wine tradition.
The Summer Fancy Food Show 2025 promises to be a strategic platform to strengthen the presence of Italian agri-food in the United States, consolidate existing commercial relations and open new opportunities for Italian companies, confirming once again the central role of Italy in the international food scene, the Buyers Lounge and regional areas that will host events, tastings and B2B meetings will also be created. The usual presence of the ICE – Italian Trade Agency, will contribute to making Italian participation even stronger, more cohesive and strategic, with networking spaces such as the ICE Lounge.
Italian exports of food and beverages continue to record record numbers.
In the first quarter, Italy confirmed its first place in terms of quantity of wine exported to the United States (+16.6%), processed meats (+8.5%) and oil (-2%). It is also the undisputed leader, both in terms of quantity and value, in the export of water, vinegar, cheese, pasta, preserved tomatoes, rice and sauces.

Being a Country Partner in 2025 is an extraordinary recognition for Italy and a great responsibility for all of us – said Donato Cinelli, President of Universal Marketing, exclusive agent for Italy of the Specialty Food Association. – Thirty years ago we accepted the challenge of building the Italian Pavilion at the Fancy Food Shows and, since then, our country has consistently had the largest international pavilion at the event.
This year, for the first time in history, we also recorded the highest number of Italian companies participating, a milestone that testifies to the strength of Made in Italy and trust in the US market.
The United States is not just looking for products, but stories: quality, passion and identity are the keys to our success.
